Why don't people have integrity anymore? Why do people insist on putting me in a spot that puts MY integrity at risk? I'm just frustrated with this. It ticks me off.

It's just hard to explain unless you are in my shoes. I work in retail and I am the assistant store manager. Recently, customers, associates, and managers have come to me with issues that are occurring. Once I get wind of the issues, I am obligated to confront the issues or else I face losing my job. The concerns are real and two of the big issues are going to result in severe consequences. I just do not know why people can't play by the rules when they are in a position of authority.
