interesting goby question

how compatible are the small gobies? could i have a neon goby, clown goby and a greenbanded goby in my 10 gallon. right now, i have a small false perc and a greenbanded in there, but am moving the perc and want to have a goby nano. any experiences or knowledge to relate? thanks.

I don't see why not. I have some neon gobies and a green clown goby in my tank now. The neons just swim around, while the green clown hangs out in my colt coral. I don't have the greenbanded you mentioned, but it is listed as a community fish, probably will hang out near the bottom and not bother anyone.

You can probably tell from my user name that I love gobies. But I would not try that many gobies in the tank. It would probably work but I am one of those people who are safe, not sorry. the naso tang is a good fish if your tank is big enough. I love tangs too. Hope this helps.

well considering that a 10 gallon tank would probably kill a tang in no time, thats out of the question. I think gobies get along well, it seems like they all find their own little spot to nest in and stay there. you should get a pistol shrimp too to see if one of the gobies pairs up with it.
