intro of ich with feeder shrimp/invertebrates?

I have been adding marine feeder shrimp to feed a lionfish and a marine betta. I never add the shipping water, I acclimate them with the drip method, then scoop them out with a net and add to the tank. Now I'm afraid I may have introduced ich. No new fishes added. Only the feeder shrimp and a new coral banded shrimp and 4 emerald crabs. All acclimated the same way and scooped out with a clean net. Could these invertebrates carry the ich? Please Help again. Thank you.

Ok first what makes you think you have introduced ick into your tank. For your inverts to carry the ick parasite into your DT they would have to attach them self’s to your inverts in their reproductive stage. IMO you have a better chance of winning the lotto then that happening and why are you acclamating your feeder shrimp

I guess I was acclimating them because I put quite a few in there and they live in the rock and under shells and the fish hunt them for a week or so before they finally eat them all. And 2 months ago we had a complete tank failure d/t ich. The only survivor was a snowflake eel and the marine betta. The tank was drained and cleaned refilled and left empty for 4 weeks before we reintroduced the betta and the eel which I had in a QT, treating with Ich Attack and upping the temp to 86. Now I think I see tiny ich on the new intro. fish. Maybe I'm paranoid.

Ich can be introduced from anything that is wet.
Drop the temp. Raising the temp only stresses a marine tank. It does not work against marine ich like FW ich.

Marine ich can be brought in on inverts, but it sounds to me like you never killed the ich on your eel and betta. Ich attack does not kill ich. Put all of your fish into the QT and treat them with hyposalinity.

Don't give up. Most people on here have had failures with their stock. You will learn. It does get easier, I promise
