This is the unknown (to me) Anemone just got yesterday. $13, charged as a Sebae.
1st pic: Just put in the tank. It was about 3"
2nd pic: 2 hrs later. It was about 5"
3rd pic: 1 day later. Today. It is about 12". Pic only shows 2/3 of it. The other 1/3 is behind the rock
It has expanded almost 5or6times bigger when I first got it.
I moved all my corals out of its way.
I am not sure how much more it's going to grow.
I am so worried I wont have enuf room for it.

it's 55g tank.
I am still trying to find out what it is. :notsure:

That really is amazing for most anemone take forever to increase in size. I would have to say it shouldn't get much bigger than that. Though if it does I would either move all objects in its way or get rid of it as fast as you can.

Thats insane! What are and how often are you feeding? Im no pro but I suggest you feed once or twice a month or your gonna have problems. Very nice though!

when I saw it at the lfs.
I knew it's not Sebae. And the guy worked there kept looking at it and trying to figured out what it was. Then finally, he said he let me have it as the price of the Sebae. It looked really sad and shriveled up at the store thou.
And at the moment I dropped it in my tank. It opened up like a Sunflower.
I not feed it or it will tank over my tank very soon.
I have a feeling it's a Long Tentacles, but not sure cuz the base is white, not red.
And it is pink/lavender, not brown like regular Long Tentacles.

If your concerned about how it will affect your coral I'll take it off your hands $15 + shipping (give you an extra $2 for the storage)

Seriously it looks great!!

I've searched and searched online all day today on "Sebae anemone"
And I couldn't find anywhere that shows a pink Sebae.
If this really is a Sebae, is there such thing as "Pink Sebae"?

i think it's not so much pink as light brown and looks quite like it's trying to regain its zooxanthellae. most times when i see them at LFS's they are bleachwhite. so this looks to be in between the bleached and healthy look. :)

When I had an anemone if you would move it or touch it it would shrink to about the size of a gold ball then later it would come out of hiding and be about the size of a softball. It kind of looks like yours did that. In the first picture you can see the base of it and that is exactly what mine did. But it is looking really good in your tank.
