How long do you dip zoas ? is it a quick in and out or do you leave them for a period of time like a minute or two? or longer?

Thanks for the reply. I have API ECO IODINE essential reef supplement but I don't know if I can use this to dip. I'm at wits end with these zoas, after a week in the tank they seem to shrink and close up. They're supposed to be so easy to grow but I just can't seem to get them to catch.
