Anemones have no eyes, or brain. They are just a mouth wirth an anus.
They follow the water flow for survival. They hope critters will swim into them to eat.
Adjust your power heads so the water flow ends at the front and center of the tank.
I placed my 4 COVERED
Koralia power heads on the sides of the tank almost center, but more towards the front one high and one low, on each side. I use canister filters and I have a flow bar that pushes water to the front as well.
Every anemone I have gotten over the years are front and center like I placed it there for show. Even when on the move they return to that center spot.
Cover those power heads..an anemone on the move is in danger of being sucked up.

BTA prefer to have their foot completely buried in the substrate and then reach for the light. I would do nothing right now to disturb it. Let settle in and then it will stretch out on its own to gather light.
