is 10.00 low enough for hyposalinity

i have had my tank at 10.00 and was reading through some old threads i saw where it said only 09.00 will kill ich my question is what do you need 10 or 9 to work so far i see no ich but one of my fish is still scratching i guess ill drop another point tomorow but i was wondering witch was correct

us :hilarious :hilarious :hilarious will the salinity at 9 kill my liverock rock and sand because my hospital tank is to small for all my fish and it has copper in it i really need a right answer my lfs told me 10 will kill ich and know i see that it says 9 on disease thread im so fustrated somebodyhelp fish show no vissable sighns but one seems to be scratching a little

i think 9 or 10 should be fine. Just put the one fish that you think has ich into your hosital and return the display back to normal so you dont kill your lr. Keep watch other fish for signs of ich too.

hyposalinity will kill the live rock, be sure of that.

so if hypo kills your live rock and sand how can i get ich out of my main tank my hospital tank is to small to put all my fish in it if i dont treat whole tank whats the point of treating anything it will just come back i did hypo last year and my rock was just fine and i have way to much rock to put in hospital tank besides thers copper in it please sombody help whats the safest level for your rock my rocks look fine and i still have 3 weeks left my salini is 10.00 :help:
