Yeah - a 120 gallon tank is too small to keep any shark in for life.
However - it is very possible to keep a juvenile shark of one of the Bamboo, Epaulette or catshark species in a 120 gallon tank for about 9 month - if it a newly hatched pup when you first get it.

I was thinking Id probably get a eel since my tank is too small for a shark. Would one be ok with the hippo tang and false perc I have?

Hey goldberg if your looking to go aggressive I suggest A queen trigger or an undulated trigger

I would have to disagree on the Queen Trigger . They get very big and very nasty . A 120 gallon tank would simply be too small to house an adult Queen Trigger .

What kind of eel? The occelaris may be a problem. Eels have poor eye site. If the clown were to go for the food that the eel is going for then he may become part of the meal.

Not exactly but I have had him for awhile and I really like him, but I guess if he gets eaten thats just the way things go. Would an eel go after my hippo? thats what Im more worried about because she was a little more expensive
