Is a single T5 bulb good enough?

I have a 46 gal tank (36" across)and I recently purchased a used Current Sunpod. It's 2 X 150 W Mh's.
It has moonlights, but no T5's or anything. I would like to run actinics, and I was wondering if a single 21W T5 bulb would be good enough.
I'm an absolute beginner w/ corals. I currently just have 1 mushroom, but I expect to get SPS and difficult corals in the most likely distant future.
I want my future corals to glow, but from my understanding, the actinics also benefit them. My question is, would a single HO bulb be good enough?
My MH fixture takes up a descent amount of space, so a double bulb fixture would be a little tight. Besides that, it's more $$.
Thanks

Actinics is mostly for our viewing pleasure. You could use a 10k- 15k color temp of MH to get better coloring instead of investing in hardware.

Thanks for the pics.
My computer's not working properly right now, so I'll take a look at them later.
I was going to add T5's because I wanted to give them a Dawn/dusk effect so the Bright 300W's aren't too much all of a sudden. Is that not necessary?
Will changing my bulbs give me a glow?
