the last time my system was running (before we moved to the new house I have a FOWLR which I was not very happy with. The nitrates went through the roof unless I did 10% water changes weekly. So Ifigure this time I'll set up a sump system with a DSP in both the main tank and the SUMP (with some garf grunge and amandarin or two.
I've been looking on the web and found some pretty cheap prices for a complete sump system (prefilter, unit, skimmerw/pump and return pump with all the necessary tubing. Is there any reason I should think about building my own or should I go with a prebuilt the first time.
