Is it a good idea to add pods & worms?

I was looking at a website that sells pods and baby bristle worms to add to your tank. Is this a good idea? My tank is about 3 ½ months old and I don’t believe I have any do they just appear naturally or do you need to jump start them?
Thanks

pods just show up they are a good source of food for some fish. most people that buy pods have a fuge to harbor them in. the pods also remove some trates from the sand bed.
as far as worms go they may be ok in your fuge bot doubt you would want them in your dt

They should appear naturally. As a matter of fact, if you have LR you probably have some now. The pods are hard to see, very tiny. The worms will eventually make themselves known.
Try a flashlight after lights out or if you have led's you should be able to see. The worms will come out of the LR. Out from under it. From inside empty hermit shells...
If you feel inclined to stock pods, it won't hurt a thing. This is fish food and entertainment. Literally sustinence if you have rock dwellers like goby's or blenny's. Several variety of tang and butterfly might enjoy them, as well.
IMO, be careful what you wish for with the worms. Or just be patient, they will come. No need to stock.
