to post about some bad dealings with another company who direct sells? If so I will provide my story.

i think they frown on it, but people complain about ***** all the time. they don't want you badmouthing companies they may sell to, or posting links to those competitors, but i think you can mention the name, if not a nickname (such as the 2 doctors).

Complain about local stores all you want, but when it comes to online retailers, that really is not allowed since it is almost like advertising for them.

Yes, but there is always one, two, or five people, who do not listen to advice given, and then proceed to check out that company's website. They may see something they like and decide to give them a chance and see for themselves. Therefore, it is advertising for that company.
There are always complaints on here about *****, but that does not stop many people from checking them out and purchasing things from them.
