is it advisable to use prazipro in my display?

210g with 170 lbs of LR and 240lbs of LS.
My flagfin all of a sudden has stringy poop and might show some signs of flukes.
To get him out would be a large ordeal. So I thought it might be better to treat the entire tank (especially if flukes are present).
Is it safe to use in my display?
if it is safe, should I turn my skimmer off and take out filter socks?

Stringy poop could mean absolutely nothing. Any other bad symptoms?
Also, I have never been one to advocate for adding medications to the display tank, especially a tank with live rock and inverts.

The flagfin also seemed to shutter a little bit while I was doing a water change, but doesn't do it regularly.
