Is it just me or does this hobby give you stress?

Let me tell you about my stress free weekend from a couple of weeks ago. Friday afternoon I brought home a beautiful McCoskers wrasse to go along with the 2 I already have in my 210. Well the already in the tank smaller McCoskers is having no part of this and by the end of the day on Sat has the new arrival hemmed up in the corner and is getting ready to finish it off, I intervene and net the new arrival out(this fish was wore out he did not attempt to avoid capture). I new the wrasse needed a peacefull place to recover and put him in my 65 gal peaceful fish setup( I thought this would be a better choice than my fuge being the fuge is a little small)
Very,VERY bad idea. The instant the wrasse hit the water my peacefull fish were scared and dissappeared. They would come out on occassion but everytime they saw the wrasse they would hide in fright until after awhile they quit comimg out alltogether.
The wrasse had to be moved, After several failed attempts at netting it was almost lights out and figured I would try it in the dark. This did not work either.
It is Sunday now and my LFS owner suggested a homemade fish trap. Worked like a charm, In less than an hours time I built the trap and the wrasses was removed to my fuge with no harm.
Here is where things got bad, Evidently during the fish capture attempt, my Yellow Assessor that I had waited over 7 months to acquire, jumped out unnoticed and was not found until several day's later when he had not reappeared, I wanted to cry. And it gets better yet, the McCoskers is now in the fuge, all is well(I thought), turns out my fuge light is having a malfunction(light is only about a month old) and starts turning itself off and on, spooks the wrasse who jumps out of the fuge to be found dead in the morning along with the malfunctioning light.
A very stressful time for me and wanted to share. Thanks for your time, Chris

In every book on fish that I've come across has mentioned that this is a very relaxing and soothing hobby. Funny, ever since I've started this hobby I've wanted nothing more then to take a baseball bat to our tank and just be done with it. Setting up the tank was stressful enough then the added stress of trying to figure out what fish can be put together without fear of one eating the other, maintaining a healthy environment... it's insane. Whos idea was it to start putting fish in tanks anyway?

Good question. I like having a fish tank. The only reason I dont is when im setting it up. once its all set up and everthing is fine you just need to do routine maintinence like water change test and clean.
