Since your corals are doing great then it is probably not a water issue. From what I can tell you sound like it might be a case of bad luck mixed with some bad choices in tank mates. I have two nano tanks so I no what its like to pick bad tank mates. Sometimes it's not your fault and a fish could just have a bad attitude. If I were you I would let my tank run fishless for a couple of weeks to rule out any parasites. Then I would pick one fish that you really like, quaratine it and see how it goes. If all goes well add one more fish the next week. Hope you figure things out soon, theres nothing better than having a happy tank.
