..my guess would be 'No'.. you don't need to cycle.. but get other opinions just in case!

So only the glass tank is new? Watch your levels, but with any luck the changeover won't spark a cycle. It may, though, if the sand got very churned up (is the sand new?).

If I were you, I woudl use new sand, but you can not too, depending on the condition of your sand. But a new batch would save you from stiring up all the nitrates from your old sandbed.

no sand yet i have some cc (i know) just going to put a little bit in there temporarily its from the established tank also
