Is it possible to medicate in a reef tank?

My flame angel is showing some signs of a disease.. The right front fin seems to be rotting and it is scratching against rocks..
Can I medicate it in the tank with my reef inhabitants? Trying to catch it will be a royal pain due to all the hiding places..
Please advise.. thanks.

No you can not safely medicate a reef tank.
How long have you had this fish? Do you have other fish in the tank? Any sign of ich?

I got this fish about 3 weeks ago.. No sign of ich on the other fish.. Gold Stripe maroon, foxface, royal grama scopus tang..
I got the fish from Saltwaterfish.com

Have you seen any white dots on it, as if the fish has been sprinkled with salt.
Quarantine tanks are a mainstay in this hobby...just like lights. It is the only way to prevent introducing a diseased fish, or contamination, into your display.
