is my anemone healthy?

so i heard that if i anemone gets thin tentacles or arms then its not in a good spot or that there is not enough lighting? well mine looks like its kinda thin, but im not sure, ill post a picture of a week ago and now today... can someone tell me if mine looks healthy?
