My fish has been acting different its been on the corner of my tank on the bottom and not eating much and has not moved from that area in weeks, and on the belly of the fish has gotten bigger like its pregnant???
Is my black and white damselfish pregnant?

Damsels don't "get pregnant", they lay eggs. The behavior suggests something serious; I'd re-post this in the disease column , with a pic if possible, lots of real fish-health pros hang out there.
