Hey everyone. I'm hoping you can help me. My royal gramma i've had for about 2 years has some discoloration. It's weird though, instead of being very pink on 1/2 her body she has random spots of a more bluish color. I've noticed she's had them for awhile so I've been keeping an eye on her. They seem to change in shape as well.
the weird thing is, she doesn't act sick at all. she acts completely normal. She eats well (flakes, frozen mysis and frozen brine). All my other fish look perfectly healthy.
I've had these fish for 2+ years and my tank has been up for almost 3.
I have:
A devil damsel
Royal Gramma
Pink spotted watchman goby
1 blue chromis
clown goby
45 gal tank with about 60 lbs of LR
Lots of snails and hermits
and
peppermint shrimp and
2 emerald crabs?
Any ideas?
Thanks! I would post a pic, but it's nearly impossible to get a good enough picture for you to even see what i'm talking about
Thanks again.

Maybe she is now an adult and that this is a normal change. Go google hunting about it and maybe you could find out. Your fish may also be a girl and was trying to make herself up for the men folk our there!

They do keep your sand turned but when they get as large as he is they can be deadly to your fish,.:happyfish :happyfish
