Is my tang sick?

Just yesterday I noticed that my yellow tang has tiny black spots on it and Im worried that it might have parasites. The tank is new and all it has is a molly with the tang. Its kinda like "ich" or however you spell that, but it is black. Could anyone help me please?

DIP n DOT
When I went to Mall, I had some DIP n DOT (or icecream of the future) which reminded me of this.
When Fish get ick ...they get dots and we dip them in fresh water.... I gotta get a life

it is most communly known as tang disease and it is not really contagess to toher fish except tangs if you have good water quality and mayeb a cleaner shrimp it will go away in probubly a week but in case you could put him in a q/t just incaseand treat him with a non-copper treatment. becasue copper coudl cause hlle

Tang disease huh, ok, I went to the aquarium store and they didnt have cleaner shrimps. so I bought a cleaner wrass. He looked fine for a couple of hours and now is hiden in a cave in the rocks. is this normal cause its new or did I just waste my money? by the way thanks everyone. Im new to this and just trying to hang in.
