Is my tank Itchy?!?!?!?

ich is a parasite right? if so what does it look like because i have little well things on the glass of my tank with two antennae and one well stinger. i have not added fish yet but i want to know before i hurt or kill a fish?

more than likely they are copepods
Ich would not be in a fish free tank as they need a host to survive.
Pods will come in on lr or in ls.
If you tank has never had fish or if it has been fish free for more than 4 weeks your tank is ich free.
New fish will bring in ich. QT them and perform hypo on the QT to kill all ich before putting fish in your DT.
