IS Sun Coral a goner??

I received a sun coral in my order on friday. When I opened up the box the water in the bag was orange and there was bits of orange junk floating around in the water. When I dripped the coral the orange was peeling off the coral. When I placed it in my tank more and more of the orange skin was peeling and falling off. Is this guy a goner?? If it continues to melt will it upset my tank? Please let me know I don't know what to do. Any help / input would be appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like a goner to me. I would contact whatever supplier you ordered it from (if it has a guarantee).

this was a very bad order. 1 tang doa, plate coral doa mystery coral missing (billed but not shipped) and this sun coral situation. Worst shipment ever for me

wow thats terrible, they should give you your money back and still ship the stuff... thats jacked....

do you have any pictures? some may be saveable still if the skin isnt 100% off

Doesn't sound good to me either, I wouldn't let it sit in your tank for too long. That could end up killing everything else from a spike in levels. SWF is great about their guaruntee. They will make it right. Have faith!!

Sorry about the losses though.
