is the fish food/pellets at wallmart ok?

i don't feel like an hour round trip to the local reef store when wall mart is 10 min away. they have an assortment of dry fish foods. ar ethey all the same. or is saltwater pellet/flakes specific?

I would not use them...I do for my FW tanks...no way for SW....if it is too far to drive, buy online....flakes and pellets are IMO snack foods...plus I believe Walmarts are for FW

I am new to SWF but have had others in the past FW. I have been doing a lot of homework to get to know about SWF and how to care for them. I Have been to walk mart and as Meowzer Said unless it says Marine fish I would stay away. We have 4 walmarts in the area and 2 are super walmarts and they do not carry Marine Fish food. I would Suggest that you take the hour long trip to your LFS if you care about the health and life of your Fish. You can also buy Food for your fish online. The "Doctors" sell a Great Selection of Frozen Foods as well as Flake and Pellets that would be better Suited for your SWF if you dont want to Drive the Hour.
