Is there a more algae to come?

My tank is about a month old. Even though i have a CUC in there, i still am having problems with diatoms and now some green hard algae (not stringy). Even spots of black algae. Is there a sequence to the algae thing in a new tank? Seems like somewhere i read first brown, then something else will come? I'm getting tired of looking at my beautiful tank with the nasty brown rocks! Yesterday i siphoned some of it out with a water change and that did help. Did the turkey baster thing on the rocks too. I have a second powerhead coming next week, so i'm hoping the extra flow will help. Is there anything else i can do?

You may need to cut back on the amount of time you run your lights. Too much lighting will certainly cause algae issues.

I'm running power compacts, actinic & 10,000k, together about 11 hours a day. If i cut back, will i also lose coralline growth?
Thanks for your help!

I would try cutting back a couple of hours. It shouldn't hurt your coraline.
