well the subject is pretty much the question...i have a 75 gal FOWLR (aggressive) currently only inhabited by a snowflake eel, will the eel eat the coral banded shrimp??
snowflakes aren't that aggressive (as eels go) and the CSB is aggressive (they can take out small fish) so is there any way they can live together??
thanks in advance,
mike

LionFish says......
An eel is an eel, and that can't be changed. They all eat inverts amd small fish because it is in their nature. Sorry, but that would not work no matter how aggressive the shrimp and eel is.Believe me, it doesn't matter how aggressive the eel is, they all enjoy shrimp for dinner.

I had a snowflake that loved. He was in my reef for a long time, then I guess he accidentally found my CBS and BOOM gone. Then my cleaner, my pepermints a second CBS and some crabs. I had to take him out and trade him at my LFS. I was really bummed because I liked him.
The point is I guess, it could be fine for a little while, but however many millions of years of evolution are hard to change.
Sorry
