I have the Sunpod 20" 150w HQI MH, for my Aquapod 24G, and I love them. After two weeks my corals look much better and my BTA is starting to look real nice and green again. I have the 14,000K bulb and I love the look of it. MH is the way to go, I could never go back to PC's
