Is there something wrong with my Button Polyp?

I have 1 button polyp that was a hitchhicker. I fed it shrimp yesterday. Today there is a little bulge on the side right below the rim. Is that the shrimp? It wasn't there before I fed it.

Maybe it has tummy bulge
