Is this a bad snail / slug? Pics

I just finished my cycle which did not take that long due to cured LR and LS. I was looking around in the tank and noticed this snail looking thing. It did not have a shell so maye its a slug? Anyway, I have never seen anything like it before so and hoping it wont eat coral when I get some or anything. Is this a bad slug?

nah its a goos snail another thread it has a link to the hitchiker thread on snails but its a Stomatella varia snail and very good to have
