Is this a Bristle worm

It is about 4-5inches iam guessing and pink with like hair on its edges. It came out pretty far today so i tried to grab it and i think one of the little hairs stuck into me??
I have about 3 or 4 of these guys

From your description, it sounds like a bristle. Do you have a pic? Pictures could help id what it is.

Also if it is a bristle, DON'T touch it! It hurts like hell and burns for a few days, depending on the size of the worm.
