Is this a featherduster?

From google images I am pretty sure this guy is a little featherduster, but I've never had or seen one personally so I want to make sure he's not Aipstasia. I have seen Aipstasia in my tank so I am pretty sure it isn't that.
He's orangish and has little hairy arms fanning out in a circle of about 1/4" diameter, with a thin 1/4" long tube at the base attatched to rock.
I'd read these were nice to have and was considering buying one down the road so I'm glad to have him, but he's pretty well hidden from view. Can/should I move them (I've seen at least 2 near eachother) to a place more in view and with better light?
Thanks

Looks like a feather duster, but take another look at the tube. Feather duster tubes tend to appear more solid/hard whereas aiptasia looks softer and flexible.

Haha yea I'm new but already know well to get rid of Aipstasia, in fact had some earlier so I'm familiar with what it looks like (and did get rid of it)

I can't tell by the picture.
A feather duster is usually very small and white. They retreat when a fish passes too close or from a shadow and return by fanning out like an umbrella, you would have to look really hard to see the worm. (the "Stalk/worm" would be tiny and slim)
Aiptasia is tan color and with long feelers. If you can see the stalk it is pretty thick and easy to see.

After a closer look at his body it is a white rigid tube and it looks like he's actually inside of the tube. He's also more of a yellowish/greenish color, not orangish.
Such fast replies!

I just noticed the "feathers" go inside the tube when I blow a few bubbles at him.
So can I move him? What's the best way to grab him? Where would he prefer to sit?
