Is this a good filter for my 38 Saltwater tank?

Just a FYI, you may want to remove the link to a competitors site. Just state what the filter is.

the filter is OK, but i'd toss the biowheel and use the filter without it, or if you want to run a HOB power filter, look into one that doesn't have the wheel, such as an Aqua Clear. i dunno which size you picked, but i'd recommend doubling the recommended size for a SW tank.
the biowheels eventually end up raising your NO3 and they also usually stop turning anyhow.

+1 on the bio-wheels.....I use something like that on my 29G, but the double filter (like the 400) BUT I do not use the wheels
