Is this a good guide or not?

I found a step by step guide to building a reef system. Now the only obvious sides of a problem in the guide is that they tell you what to get (every coral and fish). But other than that, is it a pretty good guide, and would it work with a 10gal?

This looks very basic but it misses a few key points. For example it tells you to put the sand in first and then the live rock. You put the live rock in first so in the event that you have a fish that likes to dig into the sand the integrity of your structure will not collapse. I would just ask members of this forum step by step how to do things. That is what I did.
