Is this a normal behavior?

I just bought this anemone. He was properly acclimated, and he was pretty happy yesterday. He perched up on a rock and then he stayed there for a while ad hung out. Today I found him like this, all jammed up and between these rocks. How can he eat like this? Is this bad?

An anemone will move until it finds "its" spot.....just leave it for now. It is actually worse to try and move it.
What kind of lights do you have again?

I have a t5 fixture. it's the Current Nove extreme pro. 6 bulb fixture, 3 actinic, 3 daytime. I can't remember the wattage though.
Yeah I will leave him I guess. I am just worried that he won't eat, but he keeps receeding farther and farther. I suppose he will eventually have to come out the other side...

I think that light should be fine.....how are your water parameters? Anemones need very very good water quality.

Make sure that your powerheads are covered. I feed mine the frozen silversides, cut in small pieces every 4 to 5 days.

I have a koraila 3 but it isn't covered on the very front. How do you cover those? I have a 45 high, the head is in the very top in the corner. It is far away from any rock or anything. All of my intakes are covered though. Params should be bang on, I will do a water change in a few days. I will do a test tonight. I can't test for anything except the normal test stuff like PH, trates, trites, amo....
