Is this a queen or blue angel

I purchased a queen angel online and got it today but I'm thinking that it's a blue angel. What do you guys think?

Hmmm.... that does look kind of like a blue since the stripes aren't as curvy as the queen. But it looks like its in the process of transition so it couldn't really tell. I only have the blue angel and from what I see on yours looks similar to mine.

+3 on the blue. The queens have blue were the blue has yellow on the rear fins. Still a Gorgeous fish

She's a blue, ain't got no crown

. Not 100% blue, she's got some red/orange on the trailing fins that Queens have and at that size I would have expected the tail fin to start of darkening at the base? Not enough though for me to say she's a Townsend.

Thanks everyone, I was about 90% sure that it was a blue too but I just wanted to verify before I contacted the seller. It could've been an honest mistake on his part. The rest of the fish I got from him came in looking great so I'm not too mad about it. Still want a queen though!

I don't know- looks like the crown is beginning to form to me. I think it is a queen but again it is hard to say at this stage.

could be a queen blue cross (common cross) front end looks like a blue but the rear end has more of the queen angel build.

I have been looking @ alot of pics. I think it will eventually look like the queen, but I don't know for sure. Pretty fish though. Good luck.
