Is this coral line?

Is this coral line algae, or is it something else growing in my tank?

it dosent look like coralline to me. coralline grows in patches shaped like circles.

thats what I thought, because I have the normal purplish coral line on other rocks in the tank, but I didnt know if this was a different kind or not.

The picture makes it hard to tell,but i think its coral line algea. try to remove it with your hand or any thing saltwater safe.if it can be removed without trouble its algea.if its hard then its coral line.

It looks like red slime algea, i have an outbreak of it.

this is coraline alage at the bottom there is redish on top of some purple coraline algae. I think what you have is the start of cyno bacteria outbreak.
