is this dangerous?

this has been growing on my LR....please see top of pic and two round, green spheres. i touched it and its hard. Will it explode at some point? can someone tell me what this is and if its dangerous? :notsure:

Looks exactly like the bubble algae I pulled out of my tank a few weeks ago. From what I was told if those bubbles burst they can send spores out all over your tank and quickly take over. People told me to take the rock out and pop them off but it was on the bottom rock of a large pile. I was able to very carefully and very gently pry it off the rock without bursting it and havent seen any more since then

just be very very gentile. emerald crabs should eat it safely without popping it.

take the rock out the tank and remove them (might need a screw driver or something, they can be hard). that way you can be more careless and then use a spray bottle of saltwater or bucket dip to clear the rock of loose residue.
