3 Sundial HQI Pendants (1) 250W HQI and (2) 32W Actinics?
For corals it will have mushrooms/hammers/zoos.

IMO no. The sundial won't be able to evenly light an area that big. Look into the Luminarcs. You'll want at least (4) LA IIIs for a tank with that footprint.
If you're only interested in softies, and hard corals towards the top, then 250w bulbs will work, but if you want more flexibility 400w bulbs are the way to go. 36" is a deep tank.
