Is this epoxy safe for my tank and live rock?

I am going to start stacking my live rock and bought some epoxy just in case I need it to bond some pieces of rock together. It is called pc-products PC-11 marine power epoxy by protective coating co. It says it is saltwater proof and can be applied underwater. My concern is if it would be hazardous to the rock or any other things in the reef environment.

it wont affect your tank, in fact the main use of epoxy is for gluing corals to live rock, IMO dont use it to glue your live rock yet, because you can change your aquascaping and if you use epoxy it will be mroe difficult to change.

I WOULD NOT USE IT ! I SELL IT IN MY STORE , IT IS WHITE IN COLOR , PC7 IS GRAY . IT MIGHT ME SAFE FOR SALT WATER BUT IT MOST LIKELY IS NOT FOR MARINE LIFE: FISH .
CUREING OF GLUES OR MOST GIVE OFF TOXIC FUMES , ONLY WHEN IT IS FULLY CURED IT MIGHT BE SAFE , IT IS DIFFRENT THEN CRAZY GLUE.
I WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH THE COMPANY BEFORE USEING THIS OR ANY PRODUCT THAT WILL ENTER YOUR TANK OR FOOD RELATED APPLIANCES. IMO
GOOD LUCK

I've use the PC-11 before and it seems fine. The skimmer goes overboard for a bit but that's it. The Coralline grows on it pretty fast too.
If it's in a visible spot take a chunk of reef rubble and texture the exposed Epoxy with it and it will look a lot better.
FYI - This stuff does NOT hold things together well.
