Ah. Well, you can keep most softies in there. Mushrooms, zoos, capnella, toadstool, colt. Just a few examples of things that should be able to live in there. I'd stay away from xenia, IME it needs more light than that.
that would be fine for soft or mushroom corals. Maybe even some of the harder corals if they are placed at the top of thank (but that is no gurantee). 3-5 watts per gallon is good for soft and mushroom. But a lot of the hard coral needs closer to 7 watts per gallon. (or so I'm told).
In My Opinion I would go with 2 32w pc lights. With either 1 32w 10k and 1 32w actinic. Or 2 32w 50/50.
But that's just my opinion.
