For a 75 gallon I would recommend 2 x 250 watt HQI metal halides with some PC or VHO actinic supplements.

I don't know of a specific brand with that exact setup off the top of my head. Chances are, it will be around $6000-700, but if you buy seperate parts and put it together yourself it would be alot cheaper, maybe around $500.
With that setup you can have soft corals, LPS corals, SPS corals, clams, and anemones. Basically, anything can work under that lighting.
