Is this light sufficient

I was wondering if a two by 96 watt compact fluorescent light is sufficient to light a 30 gallon tank well enough to grow all sorts of corals. Even this is kind of expensive. Any suggestions to keep the price down, though I realize this is critical to the health of corals and I don't want to skimp.

This will probably be deleted for mentioning a link to a competetors site, That light is enough for less needing corals like mushrooms or xenia, but definately not for clams or anemonies or sps.

What about adding additional light through the form of standard ******** lighting?
Additionally is this all I need for growing the things on live rock, would live rock benefit from further light?

Standard home lighting will not help, That lighting is more that enough for general live rock growth and health, but not for more delicate light wanting corals. Always go with the best light you can afford up front, so you dont have to limit yourself and you dont need to upgrade later, check an auction site.
