Is this lighting suitable for a FOWLR 55g?

We're going to use the light fixture that came with our tank which is 50/50, and we were thinking of getting another fixture to go with it. I found this one and was wondering if this would be ok, too much, or not enough?
I'm going to plague this forum with questions in the upcoming weeks. Just an FYI.

With a FOWLR lighting isn't super important IMO.....If you progress to a reef, lighting would definitely need a major upgrade

WOOPS! I didn't attach the link. If we did go to a reef tank, I do realize the lighting would need drastic changes.
