Is this Lymphocystis?

She is in hypo with 4 others for mild ick..Now her spots are growing. None fell off in hypo or dips.

Also, the right fin is the only place she has this. There was some minor ick on some of her tankmates. It is gone now as they are in QT.

Does it look cottony?

It doesn't look cottony. She has had it for a couple weeks so if it was velvet she would probably be sick or be dead. Right?
She is very active and eats like a pig.
I thought is was ick at first, white spots were all about equal size and the wrasse in that tank had a few ick spots that disappeared in hypo.
Now there are a couple spots larger than the others.

It does look like it, but the picture is pretty blurry.
