is this macroalgae good or bad?

our green star polyps were big and beautiful until they were attacked by an anemone that is long gone. the gsp never quite recovered. this green mushroom looking macroalgae started growing a while back and it's taking over the gsp rock. we do have an indian mimic tang and rusty angelfish in the tank. is this good macroalgae? can anyone identify it?
also, on the back or the rock with the bubble algae is a dark burgundy stiff feeling macroalgae that is growing there and in a few other spots in our tank. i'm not worried about this, but if it could be identified as well, that would be a cool bonus. Thanks!

Are the "balls" directly on the runner or are they on a stalk that is on a runner? They kind of look like they are directly on the runner which would mean they are one of the less invasive grape Caulerpas..... macrophysa (sp?)
If they are on the runner I would pay you money for a little frag of that. It's not illegal everywhere in california, just San Diego and I don't live there.
