You should remove the dead shrimp from the tank.

What was your acclimation process for the shrimp?

What Bang is getting at is simply shrimp MUST be acclimated long and slow if you want them to survive

Most inverts are much more sensitive to water change. I e salinity, and water chemistry

as a rule of thumb I acclimate any shrimp i am adding to my tank for 2 to 3 hrs. IMO they are very sensitive to temp changes. i make sure my acclimation container temp stays constant with my DT. you can acclimate for a certain length of time but may in fact be acclimation the shrimp to the changing temp in your acclimating container and then you introduce the shrimp into your DT. which has a variance in temp.I hope this makes sense

That certainly looks like a picture of a dead shrimp.

I pour them in a bowl, and add water in every 5 min for 30min, I think he is dead cause his shell was off when in the bag, and I know there are really sensitive when she'll off, too bad I HAVE to buy online and they gave me one that is sensitive, but atleast I have 2 more that are doing fine...:(

They often molt when stressed. Being in a shipping bag certainly counts as being stressed. That part is very normal.

The bowl method sounds OK. How did you keep them warm during acclimation?

You mentioned you acclimated for an hour but only described the first 30 minutes. What was the process for the other 30 minutes?

My skunk cleaner and my peppermint a are doing fine, they are scavenging around the tank eating the left over food I used to cycle, they were hiding for a day and now they are swimming around the tank, are they doing good? Looks good but idk if they are happy
