Is this Rite?

Hi, i was just wondering if its rite to put lr in a bag with no water and close the bag tightly but it has air in it. is it okay if my LFS do this? Here is how my LFS gives me my liverock. They take the liverock and a bag, They put the liverock in it and close the bag. So no water is in it is that rite or next time should i ask them to put water in it for me?

Filling it with water is not necicery unless it has something on it (shooms, coral,ect.) but they should be putting wet newspaper around it and a little water in the bag to keep it moist.

yup, my LFS wraps my LR in wet newspaper for short hauls. For long hauls it should definitely be submersed in water

so if it has stuff in it i ask them if they can put water in it?
