Is this toadstool able to be saved?

I thought it was just shedding at first. Now it looks even worse. It's been doing this for about a week and a half now. Any advice?

I think it was originally shedding. Does it have enough waterflow to shed?

I don't have a ton of flow. Should I move it under one of my return nozzles?

Certainly to a higher flow area.

Just a quick update. The toadstool is finally back to normal and looking great. Took about a month.
