Is this too much flow???

I have a 125 Gallon 72" Tank and I just put in a RIO Seio 1500 and it definitely has strong flow. I am not getting any sandstorm either but my long tentacle CONDI Anenome is being blown around and it looks like the fish kind of have a hard time swimming. Is this too strong of a power head to have in this tank or am I just being over paranoid? I plan on having mushrooms and all sorts of coral so I don't want to have too much flow for them to be okay. I know that alot of people say that the ocean has way more flow than we could simulate but please let me know. Thanks

no its fine
going from a tank with very little flow to adding more flow will make u think its too much but believe me its not
i have 40x's turnover in my 180g tank meaning i have more than 7000gph of turnover via pumps powerheads and such...
my fish love the high turbulance and so do all of my corals....
i have 2 seio 1500's in my tank along with a closed loop using a 3600gph Dart and a 1200gph return pump and i actually want more flow....
if ur ever planing on sos ur guna wanna add more flow to your tank but as for now ur doin good
just try not to have any coral directly in the path of the powerhead

So it is true, you cant have too much flow? I was wanting to add another seio but I thought I would try this 1500 first. So can I add another 1100 maybe? I also have a 1200 overflow with a Mag 18 Return. More Recommendations please

yeah u can have as much flow as u want.... some corals like it more than others so u have to place accordingly....
i keep my LPS such as my huge bubble coral and my branching frogspawn off to the sides along with my RBTA that way they arent blasted by the flow in my tank.... then i keep my sps in high flow areas.... zoio's and mushrooms seem to care less where they are in my tank high or low flow areas
well id say add another 1100 at the otehr end when u get more corals like sps but for now ur good with what u have lps and softies dont need a ton of flow
what do u plan on keeping?

I want all kinds of corals, not just SPS or Just Softies but an assortment of all of them. I think my favorite are the tanks that have a bunch of ricordia. I think that it looks fake when done right.
