Is this water safe to use!!! quick!!!!

ok welll i was wondering if it is ok to use this water for my tank... ive been using it for awhile and never thought twice about it. as far as i can tell there have been no adverse affects on the system... the water is ICE MOUNTAIN FLOURIDATED WATER Contains: purifies water, sodium flouride purified by reverse osmosis so is this safe to use in my tank???
i am going to invest in an ro system eventually

well i knew a test kit but like what kind of test kit i meant i think i only have test kits meant for saltwater
